Our Organizational Assistance Program (OAP) helps conservation organizations study and evaluate their organizational and governance effectiveness. We facilitate an in-depth assessment of an organization’s business plan and operating procedures. We then help them evaluate those findings relative to their objectives and challenges. Finally, we work with the organization’s staff and Board of Directors to develop a revised strategic plan. CCT underwrites the cost of preparing this assessment and new strategic plan.
